To ensure the well-being of our people within the Group, we maintain policies on equality, human resources, and a rigorous Occupational Risk Prevention management system.
To promote the well-being and health of our staff, we drive initiatives that encourage an active and healthy lifestyle among our people.
For years, our Occupational Risk Prevention Department has been conducting Health and Well-being, and Road Safety campaigns, periodically issuing recommendations to all personnel within the Group and organising training sessions led by experts.
For the past three years, we have also participated in the Corporate Race organised by the Chambers of Commerce in Castellón and Valencia provinces. Additionally, we organise an annual Padel Championship to foster camaraderie and teamwork.
