PAV-DT
+ info

PAV-DT

A new inertial-type solution designed to provide full and advanced auscultation of the quality, condition and deterioration of road surfaces in real time..

The aim of the project is to develop a class 1 road surface auscultation system that is inexpensive and can be installed in a conventional vehicle, with the additional capacity to detect, locate and quantify any defects that may be present in the road surface.

CRYSTALOFNOISE
+ info

CRYSTALOFNOISE

Research and development of acoustic screens that use sonic crystals to provide noise barriers for road infrastructure.

Design and development of a new concept for acoustic screens based on sonic crystals, for installation on road infrastructure. These types of screen offer a number of advantages over traditional systems, including: smaller foundations required; enhanced aesthetic appeal; wind- and water-permeability; use of recycled products; adaptability to suit any noise-related problem.

BIOLIGWASTE
+ info

BIOLIGWASTE

This project focuses on realising the commercial potential of garden waste, beyond simply compost. The first stage is the study and selection of suitable raw materials from the pruning of municipal gardens, which is then used to obtain biofuels, lactic acid and bio-oils. A technical and financial analysis of the production of bioethanol was also carried out.

F2URBAN
+ info

F2URBAN

Research and development of flexible, sound-absorbing elements for use in urban environments.

The main aim is to develop new noise-proofing solutions based on textile systems that have been designed in line with processes to optimise their acoustic performance. These solutions will be used in urban environments to attenuate the ambient noise produced by outdoor hospitality and leisure establishments and construction and demolition works.
